ROG PHONE 2 PRE-ORDER

1. End users need to register online first during the pre-order duration.

Customers can pre-order directly at ROG Concept Store SM MOA, ASUS Concept Store SM North EDSA, Asus Concept Store SM Megamall and Zenfone Concept Store SM North EDSA

If end-users wish to avail of the ROG Phone II WEAR VICTORY BUNDLE PROMO, they must complete the sign-up for the pre-order via the Google Form, found in this link: http://bit.ly/2nKvsbn:

As the ROG Phone 2 are available only on limited quantity, customers will need to settle a reservation fee for their unit/s. This fee will be deducted from the total SRP of the ROG Phone variant per unit. Customers must pay this fee via cash basis only.

Upon payment of the reservation fee per unit to store personnel, customer will be issued a collection receipt, which they will have to bring with them upon claiming of the unit/s starting Oct 12, 2019.

Customers will be notified via SMS by store personnel once stocks are available for claiming starting October 12, 2019 onwards. Please allot up to two (2) days maximum for full instructions on claiming.

The balance must be paid in full before the unit/s can be claimed starting October 12, 2019. Payments on cash installment basis would not be accepted.

For claiming, customers need to present their VALID ID and the issued, original collection receipt before they can settle the remaining balance.

If the customer cannot present their valid ID and collection receipt upon claiming, they will not be allowed to avail of their pre-ordered units.

If the customer will ask another individual to claim the unit in their behalf, the following documents should be submitted first:

· Original collection receipt

· Photocopy of the customer’s two (2) valid IDs with signature

· Photocopy of the representative’s two (2) valid IDs

The freebie of the EXCLUSIVE ROG JACKET will be delivered by ASUS directly to the end users, there are 2 ways to claim:

A. For those who are able to do so, proceed to ASUS Technology Philippines, Inc. located at the 4th Floor of Hanston Building, F. Ortigas Jr. Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, from Mondays to Fridays 10AM to 5:00PM (except holidays) together with the following documentations (original and photocopy):

1. Original receipt of the ROG Phone II

2. Valid ID of the end users who purchased the item.

3. A Photo print out of the serial number of the box.

B. For end users who will not be able to proceed to the ASUS Philippines office, they must submit the following documents (original and photocopy) to asusredemption@gmail.com:

1. Original receipt of the ROG Phone II

2. Valid ID of the end users who purchased the item.

3. A Photo print out of the serial number of the box.

4. Customers’ complete shipping address and contact details.

The pre-order reservation fees per unit reserved indicated in Item 6 is non-refundable. If the customer wishes to cancel their pre-orders, they can still use the pre-order fee to buy any ASUS/ROG product or ASUS/ROG accessories only at the ASUS Concept Stores they initially transacted with.

The pre-order reservation fee is only valid from October 3, 2019 up to October 25, 2018 only. The pre-order reservation fee will be forfeited if customer cannot claim the unit and pay the full amount within the given time period.

Existing replacement and repair mechanics will be applicable once the unit has been availed.

Standard warranty terms will also apply to all accessories purchased during the same transaction.
