PROMO MECHANICS

  1. Customers must purchase featured ROG Phone 9 series from ASUS/ROG Philippines authorized participating stores.
  2. To claim the promo bundle items, customers are first required create or log-in their ASUS account.
  3. After creating or logging in their ASUS account, customers can register their purchase by logging in at a designated event site(to follow). This promo site is only applicable for claiming in-game code to be redeemed on a separate website which PUBG Mobile team manages.
  4. If customer purchase more than 1 phone, each phone S/N should be registered separately.
  5. Accurately fill-out and complete the registration form fields. Any incorrect and incomplete information will automatically be tagged as invalid. Make sure to double check your details before submitting.

  6. Automatic detection upon input of serial number. In case the serial number is incorrect, a pop-up message will be displayed.

  7. Customers will see a pop-up confirmation message and receive an official automated email from ASUS once the entry is received by the system successfully.
  8. After registration, ASUS team will verify the submitted entry and documents and verification period will be around 7-14 working days.
  9. Customers shall also receive an email notification for every update and changes in the status of their claims until it has been successfully delivered.
  10. Delivery of both physical bundle and game voucher will take around 45 working days.
  11. Customers can also check the status of their entry when they log-in to their ASUS account.
  12. Walk-in claims to the ASUS Philippines Headquarters will not be entertained.
  13. Late registration of purchases within promo period (July 1, 2025 to August 31,2025) will not be honored after Oct 31,2025.
  14. Inquiries on status of submitted entries and shipments will be operational from Monday to Friday, 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., excluding holidays and sudden changes in community quarantine guidelines.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The ROG Phone Back to School promotion is a limited sales promotion starting July 1, 2025. The promo will officially run until August 31,2025.
  2. The promo exclusives will only be applicable from purchases made in the official stores stipulated. However, ASUS Philippines has the right to refuse redemptions for purchases that are not validated by NTC, even when bought from participating shops.
  3. All electronic purchases should be activated and connected to the internet upon purchase, as part of the NTC validation process.
  4. Eligible devices that were bought from Globe are still eligible for the AeroActive Cooler X promotion.
  5. The promo allows a maximum of 3 claims per customer or per company for the whole promo period.
  6. Each purchase and serial numbers, regardless of shared invoice or not, shall be registered separately on the microsite.
  7. The customers must give valid and accurate information to avail the exclusive items which will be sent out from ASUS Philippines Headquarters.
  8. Incomplete, incorrect, or falsified information submitted to ASUS Philippines will void the validity of claim.
  9. Collection Receipts, Acknowledgement Receipts and/or Down Payment Slips are not valid for claiming. Claims without an official invoice or incomplete details will automatically be rejected.
  10. Authorized resellers, promoters, frontliners, branch managers and dealers may not submit and register claims on behalf of the customer.
  11. If registered name in promo website does not match the invoice name, ASUS Philippines will require additional documents such as Authorization letter from customer whose name reflects in the official invoice.
  12. Promo exclusives are non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash.
  13. Employees of ASUS Philippines, affiliated agencies, distributors, dealers, promoters including their employees, and relatives up to the second-degree affinity or consanguinity are exempted from the promo.
  14. ASUS Philippines? official courier will be in contact with the customer for confirmation of validity as well as of shipment details via Email. Failure to respond to any of the attempted correspondence shall cause further delay of shipment to buyer.
  15. Shipment arrivals may vary depending on the location and time of delivery.
  16. For entries with incomplete requirements: ASUS will reach out to customer via email requesting for correct requirements. Unresponsive customers after 3 email and SMS attempt will automatically invalidate end-user claim/entry.
  17. ASUS Philippines reserves the right to investigate any damages to the shipment before confirming replacement of item/s.
  18. Any request to re-process outside the standard operating procedure will be subject to charges and fees shouldered by the customer.
  19. Existing replacement and repair policies of the store where the unit was purchased will be applicable once the unit has been availed.
  20. Standard warranty terms will only apply to laptops purchased only during the same transaction.
