1.      Promotion is open to all end-users who purchased select ASUS Notebooks at participating ROG Concept Stores, ASUS Concept Stores and Authorized Resellers nationwide from July 31 to August 31, 2020. 4.      End-user should fill-out completely and accurately the details and upload valid documents on or before September 30, 2020

    REQUIRED PROOF OF PURCHASE

    **Customer name, 15 alphanumeric serial number, laptop model, and date of purchase must be visible

    ** Claims without official invoice or incomplete details will automatically be tagged as invalid.

    ? Uploaded Soft copy of valid government ID

    **Company ID will be required in case purchase is named after a company/organization

    ? Uploaded Photo of Purchased Laptop with visible serial number

    ***The serial number can be located underneath the laptop, usually above the barcode.

    ? Authorization Letter with Valid ID of the customer's name as seen in the invoice

    **Required for cases when claimant's name is different from the customer's name in the invoice


    ** Corresponding free premium bundled item will be delivered via courier to the assigned shipping address 90 days from the date of successfully accomplishing the claim form online.

5.      End-user to receive the validation and ASUS Lazada E-voucher code e-mail from ASUS Philippines 10-15 days after registering successfully.

6.      Due to COVID-19 situation, shipping of bundled items is until 90 days from the end of the promo period. Any unclaimed free bundled items after the 90-days grace period will be tagged as invalid and forfeited in favor of ASUS Philippines with prior DTI approval.

7.      Incorrect and falsified information submitted to ASUS Philippines will void the validity of claim.

8.      Any request to re-process outside the standard operating procedure will be subject to charges and fees shouldered by the end-user.

9.      Each purchase and invoice is valid for claiming of one promotion only. If customer has claimed for another promotion, ASUS Philippines reserves the right to invalidate the claim.

10.      Authorized re-sellers and dealers may not submit claims on behalf of the customer

11.      Collection Receipts, Acknowledgement Receipts and/or down payment slips are not valid for claiming. Claims without official invoice or incomplete details will automatically be rejected.

12.      Free premium items are transferrable but not convertible to cash.

13.      Employees of ASUS Philippines, its advertising, PR and events agencies, distributors and dealers and promoters including their employees and relatives up to the second degree affinity or consanguinity are exempted from the promo.

14.   Existing replacement, repair and warranty policies of the store where the unit was purchased will be applicable to the purchased unit.
