The ASUS ROG Cool For School 2024 is an annual back-to-school sales promotion campaign that aims to offer limited-time exclusive bundle packages and/or discounts to buyers of featured ASUS, ROG, TUF, Expertbook, Chromebook laptops, ROG Phones, ROG Ally, ASUS All-in-one PC and ASUS/ROG desktop starting June 01, 2024. The promo is officially ending until August 15, 2024
The ASUS ROG Cool For School 2024 sales promotion is applicable only for selected ASUS, ROG and TUF participating models purchased at valid online and physical ASUS / ROG Concept and authorized IT multi-brand partners stores in the Philippines.
PROMO MECHANICS
1. Customers must purchase featured ASUS, ROG and TUF products from ASUS/ROG Philippines
authorized participating stores.
2. To claim the promo bundle items, customers are first required create or log-in their ASUS account
(https://account.asus.com/ph/)
3. After creating or logging in their ASUS account, customers can register their purchase by logging in
at https://www.asus.com/ph/events/infoM/activity_CoolForSchool. This promo site is only
applicable for claiming physical bundle items, National Book Store Share Treats E-Voucher and ASUS
Premium Care 1-Year Warranty Extension.
3.1 Select ASUS Chromebook, ASUS BR1100, Expertbook Laptops, ROG Phone 7 and ROG Ally
discount will be deducted automatically from store purchase.
3.2 ASUS Premium Care 1 Year Warranty Extension will automatically reflect in the user?s MyASUS
account after 7 working days upon validation of entry in Cool For School promo site.
3.3 Share Treats Electronic Voucher (National Bookstore) will be emailed to customer?s registered
email address after 10 working days upon entry validation.
3.4 Physical bundle items will be delivered directly to customer?s preferred shipping address until
90-days after the promo period.
4. If customer purchase more than 1 device, each serial number should be registered separately.
5. Accurately fill-out and complete the registration form fields. Any incorrect and incomplete
information will automatically be tagged as invalid. Make sure to double check your details before
submitting.

6. Customers will see a pop-up confirmation message and receive an official automated email from ASUS
once the entry is received by the system successfully.
7. Customers shall also receive an email notification for every update and changes in the status of their
claims until it has been successfully delivered.
8. Customers can also check the status of their entry when they log-in to their ASUS
account (https://account.asus.com/ph/)
9. Walk-in claims to the ASUS Philippines Headquarters will not be entertained.
10. Late registration of purchases within promo period (June 1 to August 15, 2024) will not be
honored after September 15, 2024
11. Inquiries on status of submitted entries and shipments will be operational from Monday to Friday,
10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., excluding holidays and sudden changes in community quarantine
guidelines.
