Guidelines:

� Open to all end-users who will purchase from participating resellers from June 10 � June 30, 2011.

� Bundle to be given to the end-user upon submission of compulsory documents

� End-users need to submit the following documents to claim

o Photocopy of End-user invoice showing the following:

� Date of Purchase/Transaction

� SR name

� invoice number

� End-user name and Contact details

� Product model purchased with SERIAL #

� Reseller name and Branch Location

o Original Cut-out Serial Number sticker

o Photocopy of End-user�s Valid ID

� HP reserves the right to reject claims that do not fall within the mechanics.
