To qualify for the draw, eligible entrants must fill out the raffle coupon with complete name, address, contact number, participating store name & product model with their signature.
Completed Raffle Coupons must be deposited in the drop boxes on or before 9PM of December 20, 2011.
The draw will be held on December 27, 2011 3:00PM at the Office of GreatMinds Integrated Consultancy Inc. located at Unit 1901 Security Bank Centre, 6776 Ayala Ave. Makati City, Philippines.
Winners will be drawn at random by a representative of GreatMinds Integrated Consultancy Inc. in the presence of a DTI representative.
Two (2) Grand Prize Winners shall be drawn, for the Grand Prize of a trip for two (2) to Singapore with four (4) days and three (3) nights hotel accommodation with daily hotel breakfast and a half a day city tour.
Twenty (20) Consolation Prize of a SODEXO premium pass worth Php2,000 each for use in the philippines only.
All Winners shall be notified thru registered mail and telephone to claim their prizes at the office of GreatMinds Integrated Consultancy Inc. from Mon. - Fri. between 9:00AM to 5:00PM (public holidays exluded)

Original & Photo copy of sales invoice or proof of purchase
two (2) valid ID's with photo (Passport, SSS ID, Driver's License, Company ID, etc.)
Original winner's notification letter delivered by registered mail
Grand Prize winner's must have passports with validity of 6months or longer.
