Promo Mechanics:

1. This promotion is open to all Dell customers who purchase any of the participating Dell notebooks
     and desktops.

2. Only residents of the Republic of the Philippines are eligible for participation in this promotion.

3. For every purchase of the following notebooks and desktops from any of the aforementioned
    dates and malls, the customer is entitled to the following bundled product:

Dell notebook/desktop with Win7/Win8 Core-i3, Core-i5 & Core-i7 Canon iP 2770 Printer
Dell notebook with Intel Celeron with pre-installed Win8, Intel Pentium Ubuntu/Linux or with
pre-installed Win7/Win8  Php1,000 worth of National Bookstore Gift Certificate

4. In order to claim the free bundled item, the end user should provide a photocopy of the sales
    invoice of the purchased item to the Dell representative.

5. Free items are not transferable or convertible to cash.

6. In case of disputes, Dell Global B.V. Philippines Inc.’s decision in concurrence with DTI shall be
    final and non-negotiable.

7. All employees of Dell Global B.V. Philippines, its sister companies, participating outlets and other
    promo partners/third parties, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or
    affinity, are automatically disqualified from joining the promo.

8. At the end of the promo, the excess bundled items will be collected by an authorized Dell
    representative.
