This promotion is open to all Philippine residents who purchased their eligible Acer PC products preloaded with Windows ® 7 Starter Edition, Home Basic and/or Home Premium OS from December 10, 2011 to January 15, 2012 from authorized Acer resellers in the Philippines.

Purchase of eligible Acer PC products entitles customers to premium items and raffle coupons as follows:

Raffle entries can be redeemed upon presentation of valid proof of purchase (official receipt or reseller sales invoice) where the product is purchased;

Drop boxes are located at the following:

a. Acer Concept Stores and Acer Corners:

b. Acer Philippines Head Office at 34/F PBCom Tower, Ayala Avenue

corner Rufino St., from Monday to Friday (except holidays), 9am-5pm

All entries must be dropped at the designated drop boxes on or before January 15, 2012.

There will be a total of four regional grand raffle draws for entries from Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao and National Capital Region.

One winner of Aspire S3-951-2464G43ISS will be drawn per region.

Customers can only win once.

Raffle draws will be on January 27, 2012 at Acer Philippines, Inc. office located at 34/F PBCom Tower, Ayala Avenue corner Rufino Street, Makati City in the presence of a DTI representative.

Prizes cannot be transferred or converted to cash. 20% tax for prizes exceeding Php10,000 will be shouldered by Acer Philippines, Inc.

All winners will be notified by registered mail based on the customer’s contact details indicated in his/her winning entry.

Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of official notification from Acer Philippines, Inc. Otherwise, they shall be forfeited and retained by Acer Philippines, Inc with prior approval from DTI.

CLAIMING OF PRIZES:

Metro Manila winners are required to present, upon claiming their prize, the following proof of purchase:

- official receipt/sales invoice issued within the promo period

- valid identification card --- company ID, SSS ID, driver’s license, passport, etc .

- for winners who will claim their prize through their appointed representative, a duly signed authorization letter and valid ID of their representative are required on top of the regular requirement is needed to claim the prize on their behalf

- Original copy of registered mail sent by Acer Philippines, Inc.

Only original sales invoices and receipts from authorized Acer resellers will be accepted upon claiming of prizes.

For Provincial winners, prize/s will be sent via courier free of charge, upon receipt and verification of the following documents through fax or email;

- Photocopy of official receipt/sales invoice issued within the promo period

- Photocopy of valid identification card --- company ID, SSS ID, driver’s license, passport, etc .

- Photocopy of Original copy of registered mail sent by Acer Philippines, Inc.

Allow at least seven (7) working days for shipment and delivery lead time.

Winners authorize Acer Philippines Inc to disclose and publish their names, photos and other particulars determined by Acer Philippines, Inc to any person/s, and in any mode or manner as Acer Philippines, Inc may deem appropriate.

This promotion does not apply for corporate and special project purchases (bids and tenders included) of any Acer PC products.

Employees of Acer Philippines, Inc., its advertising, PR and events agencies, its accredited service providers, the Acer-employed promoters, the owners and employees of participating resellers and including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
