B. Canon products not mentioned above with original hologram sticker including

will get regular points which they will use for redemption of rewards, For every Php1000 = 1 point
How to Earn Points
- Participant must be a registered Canon Rewards member who completed his or her registration via The Canon Rewards Website at www.canon.com.ph/rewards, or sent complete and valid requirements via SnailMail.
- Once registered, the customer may already earn rewards for every purchase of selected Canon product with points valued as:

- For every PHP 1000purchase, participants entitles participant to earn 1 Canon point. Any additional points not amounting to the stipulated peso amount will be kept as pooled points and will be credited in the member’s account once his or her next transaction amount reaches the needed peso equivalent.
- To be credited rewards points, participant may do it in 2 ways:
a. Canon Rewards Website
-Participant must go to “Input Purchase Tab”
-Next, he or she must completely fill out the input purchase form
-He or she must upload a photo of the box cutout or ink box for validation and tracking
-Points will be awarded once all requirements have been marked valid by the system
For Website claims these additional mechanics are to be applied:
-For the 6th input purchase transaction onwards or any transaction above 100 Canon points (PHP100,000), customer will be requested to send in actual box cut outs and ink boxes.
-The system will send an SMS message to customer with instructions on where to send requirements.
b. Snail mail/Courier
-Participant must download the Customer information form from www.canon.com.ph/rewards
-Form must be completely filled up in both personal and purchase detail fields
-Participant must send this along with the following:
- Photocopy of the official receipt/Sales Invoice
- Product Box cut-out or ink box
- Product serial number
- Rewards points validity period: March 15, 2015 – July 31, 2016.
- Any unused rewards points within the promo period shall be forfeited in favor Canon Marketing Philippines. Canon holds the right to all the claims on rewards points that were unused.
